Elherafeen.online is an online technology intermediary (marketplace) connecting independent auto-parts merchants with buyers. The platform provides the technical infrastructure for listings, ordering and payment collection on behalf of merchants; it is not a seller, distributor, or agent of any merchant.

The sales contract arises directly between the buyer and the selling merchant for each part; the merchant's name and legal responsibility appear clearly on every product page and invoice.

The platform does not inspect, warrant, or hold title to any listed part, and bears no legal responsibility for a part's condition, authenticity, or OEM accuracy. The selling merchant bears 100% of the legal responsibility for conformity to description, authenticity, condition, and fitness for the advertised purpose.

Buyers must verify fitment via the VIN or the vehicle model and year before ordering; the fitment check on each part page exists for this.

Shipments must be inspected at delivery. Acceptance acknowledges visible condition; hidden defects fall under the refund and complaints policies.

Zero tolerance for fraud. A merchant proven to list counterfeit or misdescribed parts is suspended immediately, all listings withdrawn, and payouts held pending resolution of affected parties' rights.

The platform cooperates fully with the authorities on validated complaints and provides transaction records upon official request.

The platform earns a commission on each completed sale, disclosed to the merchant in the dashboard before any product is listed. No hidden fees are charged to the buyer above the part price and the stated delivery fees.

These terms are governed by Egyptian law; Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, after the complaints and mediation route in the complaints policy has been exhausted.
